Metal Strut Channels
Metal Strut channels are a standard system used in electrical and construction for light structural support. Metal strut channels are common supports for air conditioning, plumbing, wiring and ventalation systems. These universally applied light supports have many names across different trades:

Metal struts are typically formed from sheet metal being folded into an open channel shape with inward-curving edges. These inward edges give the metal struts additional structural support and are a key to their effectiveness in light structural support applications. It is very easy to size and connect metal struts, allowing for faster, more standardized, reliable results in all light support applications.
