Steel tube bending is a metal fabrication process in which hollow metal tube is bent into a predetermined configuration, often precision wound coils or other custom shapes. The steel tube bending process can be used to fabricate a wide range of components, including custom handles, bumpers, oil and fuel lines, display stands, cooling coils, structural components, and many others. Most steel tube bending is done to customer specification. In general, all standard grades of steel tubing are available for bending. Most steel tube bending service providers work in a range of sizes, typically from as small as 3/8” to as large as 1” or larger.
