Tempco Improves Production with World’s Fastest Fiber Optic Laser Cutting System

6 February 2014—Tempco Manufacturing Company has upgraded their production facility with the addition of a new Amada FOL3015AJ fiber optic laser cutting system. This advanced equipment is up to four times faster than conventional laser cutting systems, and can cut titanium, copper, brass, and other standard and specialty materials quickly and accurately. This new setup enables Tempco to better serve their customers by providing higher quality products and faster turnaround times. To complement their new fiber optic laser cutting system, Tempco has also added Amada’s ASLUL and AMS devices to their production line. The AMS material tower provides an automated material feed for the FOL3015AJ laser cutter, for more efficient, continuous operation. The ASLUL system allows for automated, “lights out” loading and unloading of materials and finished parts for even faster production.
